More than 1,500 ComEd customers in Kankakee County are being affected by power outages as of 10 a.m. Thursday morning, according to ComEd's website.
Most of the outages are affecting residents of the Riverview neighborhood in Kankakee. Customers in Bourbonnais — as well as those in Peotone, in Will County — are also being affected.
